Your opt-out choice
California law may treat some disclosures for lead generation, advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising as a “sale” or “sharing,” even when no money changes hands. You may ask us not to sell or share personal information associated with you.
How to submit a request
Email sales@getrealautopolicy.autos with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share Request,” or call +1 (803) 927-4879. Include your name, email address, phone number if applicable, and enough information for us to locate your record. Do not send sensitive identity documents by ordinary email.
What happens next
We will use the information in your request to identify records associated with you and process the opt-out. We may ask limited follow-up questions when needed. Opt-out requests generally do not require identity verification beyond what is necessary to identify the information covered by the request.
Global Privacy Control
Where required and technically detectable, we will treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out for the browser or device that sends the signal. Because the signal may not identify you by name, you may also contact us if you want the request associated with other records.
No discrimination
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Exercising an opt-out may affect features that depend on the disclosures you have asked us to stop.
